Completely renovated 550 sq/ft “labour of love”. We sit on the bluffs of Lake Erie with Lake Erie views. Our cottage is in the Hamlet of Colchester and is a 10 minute walk to the sandy shores of Colchester Beach, Park, Marina & Splash Pad. We sit at historic “Latitude 42”, along famous County Road #50. The space Welcome to our cute and modern cottage on the bluffs of Lake Erie. Klie’s Beach is a small, quiet and unique little community with both full-time and seasonal residences. The cottage is fully equipped. Just bring your luggage. Bedroom # 1 has a brand new queen size bed. Bedroom #2 has an IKEA futon. There is a large front porch with a treed garden view and a covered back porch with a large deck and electric BBQ You can use the front and back yards, lawn furniture, and 2 bikes are available, with a lock. Guest access Entire cottage and surrounding property Other things to note There is a shed to use if need be. There is no direct beach access as we sit on a bluff. Lake access is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk right from the front door.
