The space Your Private Room Located upstairs, your room is designed for comfort and ease: • Queen bed with luxury bamboo sheets • Choice of light or heavyweight blankets • Multiple pillow options • Full-size closet with hangers & extra bedding • Two bedside tables for your belongings • Laptop-friendly workspace (ideal for remote work or school) • Ceiling fan + your own personal controlled HVAC for your perfect temperature Shared Bathroom The full shared bathroom is right next to your room and stocked with: • Fresh towels • Bathtub & shower • Basic toiletries • Extra towels stored under the sink A hair dryer or additional essentials are available upon request. Enjoy your morning coffee at the bistro table located on the front patio, while listening to the birds and watching the sunrise. Downstairs, you'll find a full kitchen for light cooking, a fridge in the garage for any perishable items and a laundry room equipped with all essentials. We do not allow pets due to allergies, health and safety concerns for others on the property. We are not ADA accessible as the room is located upstairs. The entire unit and property are non-smoking. Only one guest allowed on reservation and no other guests allowed in home. Please provide an ETA for arrival and check in time.
