Rental unit in Saint Thomas

This newly renovated studio apartment is in a quiet enclave on the Northside of St. Thomas, VI. We welcome guests to enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from atop a rolling hillside on our lush and beautiful island. This cozy cottage has new upscale amenities where guests can relax and cook a quick meal while dining on a breezy covered porch. An ideal location, Orchid Villa, is only 15 minutes from the airport, but car rental is encouraged. The space 450 square feet apartment located below the main house, fully equipped kitchenette, new appliances, 10 minute drive to town, 20 minute walk to Hull Bay beach Other things to note Orchid Villa is located on the Northside of the island, where there is very little traffic and only two bodegas. We encourage our guests to rent a car upon arrival even though we are a ten-minute drive from downtown. Walking is an up-and-downhill event. Specific Directions: Turn RIGHT when you get to the 1st light after leaving the airport. After the right turn, continue to 2nd light across from Nisky Center and make a LEFT on the road 33 North. Continue straight on 33 North up this hill until you see the sign for JCT East 332; turn LEFT after you see that sign. You will stay on 33 North for about 15-20 minutes. You will pass Bahai Natural Center and Shibui. Stay on 33 North. You will pass East Caret Bay and continue straight 33 North, which will change to 33 East-note ROAD REMAINS THE SAME. Pass Nidal Market and Fire Station. When you reach the 4-way stop, you will see a sign that says 33--Turn LEFT onto 40 East. Pass 40 East (drive slowly, the turn is not far off) until reaching the 404 sign; when you see a brown wall and a white fence, make a LEFT onto 404 North George Mena Highway. Drive straight down; this is a long, winding road. Make a LEFT at the 333 sign when you get to the bottom. (You will see a daycare) Turn LEFT at the next available road. Drive up the hill. The road ends at Orchid Villa. You will see 1412 on the wall. The gate will be open—Park in the driveway to unload. The apartment is down the stairs. After unloading, park below next to the red truck.
