Mountain home with private flower garden

The house is located on the top of Sarrancolin with views of the mountains. It offers calm, serenity and well-being, surrounded by a shaded garden and 100 meters from the river La Neste. Only a 3-minute walk to the city center, and all its shops and restaurants. The house includes a spacious veranda, living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (160 cm bed), 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. Upstairs, two large bedrooms (160 cm beds), one with terrace. Shaded and flowery garden🌸. The space The house is very functional, newly renovated and fully equipped. It will appeal to everyone, young and old. You have all the amenities to have a great time with family and/or friends. In the kitchen: oven, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, Senseo, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle. In the veranda: dining table (10 people), additional children's table, baby high chair, beer machine, glasses of all kinds, raclette machine, fondue machine, crepe maker, sandwich grill. In the living room: sofa bed, two large armchairs, TV with game console, fireplace (with all its utensils), Bluetooth sound tower. In the downstairs bedroom: 160 cm bed, TV, storage. Mezzanine: children's safety bar, children's area with reading and various board games. Two large bedrooms: Queen bed, multiple storage. One has a large terrace with a bench and light to contemplate the stars on summer evenings. Travel crib with baby mattress and changing table. Bed linen and bath towels not provided. On request only, a bed linen and towel kit will be provided (additional concierge package 12 euros for a double kit including a duvet cover, a fitted sheet in 160 (2 people) and two pillowcases, and 6 euros for a towel kit including a bath sheet and a hand towel). Extra blankets available. A cellar: ski boot heater, ironing board with steam generator, washing machine, dishwasher, utility room with sink and four gas burners, ice maker. Two bathrooms, one with a new walk-in shower, recently created. Two toilets, one upstairs. Possibility to light the fireplace, sweeping done (to be requested upon arrival, firewood (60 euro package). Heating with heat pump (reversible air conditioning for summer). New radiators in every bedroom have been recently installed. A non-adjacent garage: bicycles (2 adults and one child), badminton, mölkky, rackets. New outdoor table (10 people) and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue with utensils. A private garden partially enclosed by an entrance gate and hedges of shrubs of all kinds. Lulled every morning by the birdsong and the Neste River. No need to take the car for shopping, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office, restaurant (on site or takeaway), local market. You can get there very quickly on foot! A few kilometers away, you will find exceptional sites not to be missed, walks (Lake Loudenvielle, Lake Castelnau Magnoac)/hiking/skis for all levels and many paths for your hikes and downhill bikes (Saint-Lary ski resort, Peyragues, Piau Engaly), Spain. A shuttle is available. For fishing lovers, ideally located next to the La Neste river. Guest access You have access to the entire house, everything is available for you to not need anything more. The garden is available. We ask vacationers to respect the garden, and not to drive in the grass with cars in order to preserve the charm of the house. Only a stairwell is condemned, we store our personal belongings. Other things to note To have a lovely stay, you have a concierge who will accompany you at all times. Bed linen and towels are optional and available if requested with extra charge: - double kit package 12 euros for 160 cm bed including a duvet cover, a fitted sheet and two pillowcases; - towel package 6 euros for a bath towel and a hand towel. Cleaning at the end of the stay to be carried out by yourself or cleaning package at an additional cost (130 euros concierge price). Package (€75) firewood for the fireplace. To enjoy the charm of the house with its pretty garden, we ask that you park your cars outside the fenced garden without hindering the passage of the neighborhood.
