The upstairs unit (where you'll stay) has private access and is spacious, with a large and separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Perfect size for a couples trip or a small family getaway. We are only a 7min walk from Old Town Pasadena, 15min jog from the famous Rose Bowl, and a 20min drive to DTLA & Hollywood! The space The home itself was built in 1928 and is separated into two units: upstairs and a downstairs. The upstairs (where you'll stay) has private access and is spacious, with a large and separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Perfect size for a couples trip or a small family getaway. We are only a: -7min walk from Old Town Pasadena -15min jog from the famous Rose Bowl -20 - 25min drive to DTLA & Hollywood Guest access The entire upstairs unit, the front yard and outdoor side space are all available for guest enjoyment, but parking in the covered lot is reserved for the owners. There is ample street parking. Other things to note We have a house dog, who we let out often to roam around the shared front yard space. He is very friendly and does not bite (but will bark). Please let us know if any interaction with him will be a problem for any reason and we will make sure to supervise him when he is outside and avoid contact with you.
