The space This well equipped, cozy 550+ sq ft home includes spacious living room, full kitchen, wood burning stone fireplace, efficient wall heaters (heat up the whole house in minutes!). King size quality mattress and frame in single bedroom with park-like view. Full bathroom with tub and shower. Large sofa in the living room plus leather chair perfect for reading. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and supplies. Amenities include smart TV for streaming, WiFi, and private Hot Tub. Front yard is fully gated for privacy and security. Enjoy sunny lounging, or shaded front porch for relaxing. Parking allows for two vehicles off street- no more allowed and no parking on the street allowed due to snow plows. Pets allowed- $50 fee. Please clean up poo! Oktoberfest- Close Walk!
