Kick back and enjoy this secluded calm, stylish space. Tucked away behind our home is a Casita built for renewal and relaxation. Your comfort is our main concern during your stay. We provide high quality linens from towels to blankets & sheets. We just added a new full size washer & dryer for your convenience. You will have a designated parking space in the driveway next to the gate that you enter. Pet friendly. The space Secluded private casita with 2 rooms, a small kitchen with a nice size bathroom. The Sunroom/living room area has five windows with great light, a sofa, tv, and is a lovely place to relax or work. The bedroom has a brand new queen bed, wardrobe and a television. There is a desk and office chair.This room can be blacked out with blinds and curtains for daytime sleeping if you are working a night shift. You will have quiet and comfort. We have central air and heat in the main bedroom, bath and kitchen and offer a separate window air conditioner and a floor heater in the sun room. The bedroom offers a dining bar table with 2 stools. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare a meal. We also lend our guests anything you may need from our residence stocked kitchen. The bathroom and bed linens are brand new and are of high quality. The shower is extra large with 3 shower heads. There are two comfortable chairs and a small table on the private patio for your relaxation. Weekly maid service is offered for a fee along with weekly linen service. We also are happy to store your luggage once unpacked if you wish. We have a beautiful courtyard in the front of the property that can be reserved for small gatherings in advance. It’s a great place to entertain or enjoy a movie under the stars. Guest access You have a private side entrance, a private patio area and small space of grass. This area along with the entire side entrance is your private space. We have a beautiful courtyard in the front of the house with a fire pit and lovely furniture available for you to enjoy by request. You are welcome to entertain a small group with reservations. Other things to note It is very important to contact me prior to booking if you plan to travel with your pet or a 3rd guest.
