Cozy studio in Thousand Palms

Welcome to Casita Aida! We're absolutely delighted to have you stay in our guesthouse! It is a fully detached studio on my main property. There is an immediate walkway and designated parking spot for you to use during your stay. The property is entirely gated with security cameras to offer a sense of safety during your stay. The property is located in a peaceful community where one can relax and take in the beautiful desert sunsets. The space Casita Aida is a 1 room studio with bathroom. The bathroom also has an XL shower. In the main room you will find a small kitchenette including a fridge. I fully stock up with complementary snacks, fruit, juices, and water! If you every run out of the complementary items, please message me and I will be happy to refill during your stay! There is also a dresser stocked full of extra linen (towels, blankets, sheets) for any extra comfort you need. The studio has its own personal AC with a remote control so you can take control of the temperature during your stay! There is also outdoor seating just outside your door for you and your guest to enjoy. We please ask pets to stay off the bed for hygiene purposes please. Any reservations mentioning pets will have a dog bed provided in the studio for their comfort. Guest access Upon arrival, the designated parking gate will be open for you to use throughout your stay. The parking is just behind the studio for ease of access. Please feel free to use the walkway along the main house and the studio will be to your immediate right. Other things to note We are a 25 minute drive to Coachella, 15 minute drive to/from the Palm Airport (PSP), 20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, and 15 minutes to both downtown Rancho Mirage & Palm Desert. You can't forget about the Casinos! We are a 5 minute drive to the Agua Caliente Resort Casino and a 25 minute drive to the Augustine Casino. And a 15 minutes from the Indian Wells Tennis Courts!
