Relax on Sandy Bay

"Sanctuary in Sandy Bay" is a beautiful family home with stunning views on the northern side of Waiheke. It's in a wonderful central location in a quiet neighbourhood with everything you need for a fabulous holiday including a spa. It has a newly renovated designer kitchen, heaps of living space including a fabulous deck with incredible views out to the north of Waiheke. You will want to just sit and soak up the view out here. Sandy Bay and Enclosure Bay are within walking distance. The space This is a family home so it’s super functional as well as being lovely. The living, kitchen and deck areas are recently renovated while the bedrooms have been freshened up. There are heaps of toys for children and books in the bookcase for all ages. Guest access This is the upstairs house including the deck, spa and backyard and car parking area. Other things to note We also have a cat who is very gorgeous. She is very low maintenance and house trained. You probably won’t know she’s here! She just needs her bowl kept full with dry biscuits and her water bowl topped up. Other than that she loves a cuddle of you take the time :-)
