The caravan is immaculately clean and well maintained with lovely finishing touches The Swift Burgundy is stylish as it comes from the factory but we have equipped ours with high quality fittings and lots of lovely design touches to make it a step above the typical holiday caravan The pitch is fantastic - wonderful view, South facing decking and quiet but near to what you need. Please note, towels are not provided The space Open plan living area Double bedroom Twin bedroom Shower room 1 double 1 twin 1 sofa bed in lounge The caravan is in a beautiful pitch with an amazing view. It has a large south facing decking area. Guest access The property is not ideal for wheel chair users due to a short run of steps to the decking and some narrow walk ways plus it has a shower but no bath. Other things to note 1. No smoking 2. BBQ must not be used on decking 3. Please do not alter boiler settings 4. Pets are only allowed if the pet fee has been paid Additional Notes: Hi there This is predominantly a private caravan for our family. We rent it out to help cover its costs.
