Quietly located in a flowery cul-de-sac, 350 m from the beach, our set of 2 houses has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets. A large living room with stove and foosball corner as well as a huge fully equipped kitchen make the house warm and friendly. New bedding and equipment (2023). Immaculately decorated. A courtyard and enclosed garden invite you to relax. Groix is a preserved island with sublime beaches and beautiful hilly trails for walking. The space Main house comprising on the ground floor: a kitchen-dining room, a large living room with a stove, bar and foosball table, a shower room and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully stocked: - 4-burner cooktop - Traditional oven - Microwave ovens -Refrigerator + freezer - Dishwasher - Coffee machine (beans) - Electric kettle A vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron complete the equipment. No television or wifi. Upstairs above the kitchen: 1 double bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with bathroom and toilet. On another floor: 1 dormitory with 3 single beds (90 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom with a water point (modular sleeping arrangements with 3 single beds 80 x 200 cm or 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 single bed). Outside, a small outbuilding serves as a laundry room (washer + dryer), an east-facing courtyard and a terrace in front of the kitchen to the south extend into a small garden (deck chair and garden furniture + plancha). At the end of the garden, a guest house with an upstairs layout: a large bedroom with a shower room and toilet. Double bed (160 x 200 cm) that can be separated into two single beds and one extra single bed. Linens and towels are not provided. Ability to rent them on the island. Note: There is no TV or Wi-Fi; you connect with nature and the people around you. Other things to note No private parking for the house. The cul-de-sac is pedestrianized. Parking is possible on Rue Tromor or in the parking lots in front of Locmaria beach, 350 m away. Groix can be easily explored on foot or by bicycle. Linens and towels are not provided. Ability to rent them on the island. No wifi. You connect with nature and the people around you ;-)
