The Fair House: Tiny Home on Price Coffee Rd.

Charming and unique, the Fair House has a lot to offer within a small footprint! Tall ceilings, a roomy loft, two bedrooms, and a full kitchen/bath - you will have all you need for a relaxing get-away. Located on beautiful Price Coffee Rd, our place is ideal for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat that is still only minutes from downtown. Enjoy the large covered porch, fire pit, and 3 acres to spread out. Custom designed, the Fair House is a great place to relax for couples, families, or friends! The space While considered tiny, everyone agrees our house doesn’t feel that way! This home was custom built with guests in mind and every detail has been designed by us. Starting with the large covered porch with seating for 6, you can enjoy the peaceful country setting while you drink your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine. Inside, the tall ceilings in the main living room and kitchen, create an open airy feel. There are two bedrooms, and a loft. The first bedroom (bunk room) has a large storage cabinet and two bunk beds. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and closet for storage. Upstairs you will find an additional loft with two single beds, and an area to sit and watch tv. The kitchen includes amenities of a standard kitchen - complete with a refrigerator, oven range, microwave, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer combo unit. The bathroom sink area is separate from the toilet and shower, maximizing how many people can use the bathroom. We also have secure bike storage in the shed, located right next to the house. Guests will have access to a key to the shed and a bike stand/water hose for storing and cleaning bikes. The Fair House is in a prime location! You will see more bikes pass by than cars as we are located along a beautiful route for road and gravel riders. It’s also convenient for anyone coming to enjoy the many biking events and races that are located on Price Coffee Rd. We are also located across from The Stables at LaDena Downs. You can see the beautiful horses from our driveway! We have recently added an RV hookup that includes electric and water for an RV, and we have parking for an RV in front of the home. If you would like access to this, it is an additional $20 per day. The RV hookup is only available to guests who have also booked the tiny house, not separately. We do not have septic access, so you would need to make arrangements for that elsewhere. Let us know when you book if you would like access! Guest access Our guests will have full access to the house and our property. Spread out and enjoy 3 acres of serene countryside and our gorgeous sycamore tree and swing! Other things to note A few years ago, we purchased this property on Price Coffee Road in Bentonville. We knew we wanted it before we even saw the place just based on the location! It was a dream come true for our family. As time went by we decided the first thing we wanted to do was build a guest house. We went with a tiny home because we loved the charm and unique qualities of small living. We built it with our family of 5 in mind and aimed to make the most of every square inch. We wanted something that could work for families, couples, and groups of friends. This house is for anyone who wants to “get away” but be just minutes from all of the action. We have fallen in love with the Fair House and hope you do too!
