Relax and unwind on a sun lounger or cool down in the infinity pool with a sunset cocktail and take in the breath taking unparalleled panoramic view of Kalkan Bay out to the Mediterranean Sea. From the ground floor to the roof terrace, it is spectacular. The space Villa Serendipity comprises three levels plus a Roof Terrace and it is perfect for entertaining, day or night, family or friends. The spacious ground floor encompasses a modern kitchen and living room. The kitchen contains all necessities including fridge, oven, hob, microwave and coffee. The Kitchen island is a generous space for eight people indoor dining. The living room is a large open plan space comprising a corner sofa, three armchairs and a large flat screen smart TV on which guests can watch services such as Netflix, Disney Plus, and You Tube from their own accounts. Sliding doors make way for a stunning presentation of Kalkan Bay out to the Mediterranean sea. Venture outdoors to the tranquility of the private al fresco dining area with BBQ, or to the private infinity pool lined by sun loungers, umbrellas and a cantilevered deck over the pool for additional sun worshipping space. The pool terrace is well equipped for guests to spend a leisurely day in the villa. Plenty of extra shade should guests require it is provided by numerous extendable awnings. The Large al fresco outdoor 10 seater dining area is a tranquil space for morning, afternoon and evening entertainment and chilling. All four bedrooms are located on the first and second floors and can accommodate up to eight guests. Ranging from a Super King to King, Double to Singles beds (which can be joined together to make another double). Each room has its own separate ensuite bathroom/shower room, ceiling fans, air conditioning, blinds, fitted wardrobes, and share a large balcony with sofa seating for sea views out to the Mediterranean Sea. For your evenings entertainment, venture to the Rooftop Terrace and take in the breathtaking unobstructed panoramic view from Kalkan Centre throughout the whole of Kalkan Bay to Mediterranean Sea, and the spectacular Mountain Range behind. Villa Serendipity's Rooftop is the ideal spot to witness a morning sunrise or a sunset lounging on the the sofa seating. The Terrace is also equipped with barstool seating, a kitchenette including sink, dishwasher and fridge. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property except for a storage depot. Other things to note The Smart TV is connected to the internet to enable the guests to access their Netflix, You Tube or Disney Plus accounts. Please, there is absolutely no smoking of any sort allowed inside the Villa. This also includes vaping or the use of E- Cigarettes. Please use the ash trays outside provided. The Villa is cleaned prior to your entry. Extra cleaning is available during your stay at extra charge. Any guest can stay a full 2 weeks or more therefore weekly cleaning is provided.
