(Villequier, Caudebec-en-Caux, Jumièges) Close to Port-Jérôme-sur-Seine The cottage is newly built and comfortable, 5 minutes from all shops, Auchan, Lidl, Carrefour market, bakery and others. The space Surface area 80 m2 Ground floor: PRM bathroom with toilet Main room: equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed 140/190 1 bedroom, 140/200 bed. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80/200 Mezzanine: 1 convertible bed 80/200, 1 toilet Terrace with barbecue and outdoor furniture. Linens and towels are provided as well as linens. (dish towels, washcloth and hand towels) Baby accessories and child safety gate on request. Handicap Access. Animals on site: ponies, sheep, chickens, cats will delight toddlers! Only service animals are allowed. No smoking Guest access Private parking Other things to note A deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. It will be returned if no damage is found during the exit inventory. The courtyard is delimited to the grassy area facing the cottage, including the terrace. The pasture at the back is not freely accessible to guests.
