Great connection to the city and other touristic attractions like boat rides, natural reserves, fishermen cove, etc. Comfy house with the touch of grandma and grandpa. Great place for inspiration for writers and artists, your welcome to stay here as part of your art residency. The space The house is just in front of the Pacific Ocean, so great views are guaranteed all year long. House is comfy and warm in winter, cool and well ventilated during summer. All bedrooms have queen size beds. First floor bathroom is for exclusive use for guests. Guest access Guests have access to the whole main floor of the house, including under roof BBQ area and garden (full of native species), terraces and sundecks. Kitchen and living room are shared with the family. During your stay We are available for all your needs, including preparation of home cook meals, guided tours to local places (including boat rides in the river during spring and summer time) and walking city tours for an extra fee. There is always time for socialising and having fun as a family or friends. Other things to note Pets live in the property (inside and outside), they are part of our family!
