The space Iris Acres has a land size of 42 acres (over 17,1500 sqm) and floor size of 303 sqm with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entire house is designed in a U shape. The centre of the house is featured with a gorgeous open kitchen and dining area that can accommodate 8~10 people sharing a meal. On the right wing, the lounge room is featured with a sandstone fireplace. This is an entertainment area for friends and families to entertain each other with traditional board games instead of mobile phones or tablets. There is a very large TV room opposite to the lounge room. There are 4 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms on the Left Wing. Here are the room and bed configurations: 1 Queen - x2 people 1 King - x2 people with Ensuite Bathroom 1 King - x2 people 1 Single + 1 Double + 1 Pull-out Mattress - 4 kids At the end of the Left Wing, there is a Ping Pong table and a pool table in the garage. Given Iris Acres is a farm, we need to understand what kind of pet you have. Small or medium size pets are welcome. Please do not allow your pets climb on any furniture. Please bring their bowls and beddings. There will be a $100 fee for each pet per stay.Yes, we warmly welcome pets, and our accommodation allows for a maximum of 2 pets In winter, we have a fireplace and an air-conditioner that can generate enough heat for the living room and kitchen area.
