The space The cottage is located in Södermöja village, about 150 meters from the lake and a 10-minute walk from the Waxholm boat. The cottage offers 3 rooms and a kitchen as well as a small bathroom with a shower. Dry toilet outside. The cottage has been renovated in recent years and the bathroom is brand new. The 2 bedrooms have a 180 cm bed and a 105 cm bed for a total of 3 fixed beds. Temporary extra beds can be arranged. Bright living room with corner sofa and dining area. The kitchen is of a good standard and is largely new. Brand new fridge and freezer 2023. Stove with 4 burners and oven. Running cold and hot water. Coffee maker and toaster. Guest access The dry toilet near the cottage is only for your use. Boat dock at our jetty down by the lake is also included. To get to the house, you walk close to another house on the same property. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are not included but are available to rent for SEK 150/set and stay, (sheets + duvet cover + pillowcase + towel) A small boat with an engine is available for use at an additional cost of SEK 500/week, for those who are used to boating. Fuel is available but will be charged. Life jackets are available to borrow for both children and adults, please tell us in advance what you need. The nearest grocery store is Coop in Berg on the adjacent island of Stora Möja. You can only get there by boat, either a Waxholm boat or your own boat. It is also possible to order goods from the system company out to Berg, delivery time about 4 working days.
