Downtown Studio loft in Rome.

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment on Broad Street in downtown Rome! Sleeps 4 comfortable. Price is for 2 then $25 per night per person up to 5. There's a comfy sectional and a well-stocked kitchen. Location is near bars, restaurants, Berry College, Shorter College, Darlington, and tennis center. There is a Massage Spa located in the building downstairs and I can help schedule for a massage or facial. We also do couples massages. Just let me know if you would like me to handle that for you. Other things to note Parking- Parking can be tricky. There is a 3 Hour Rule downtown from 8-6. Essentially that means you can park there overnight no problem until 11am. You can also come back and park for the night at 3pm (because the restriction stops at 6pm). If you plan to leave your car parked all day, you can park in the parking garage which is just a 2 minute walk across the street. Let me know if you have any other questions regarding the parking. We do allow dogs but there is a fee. Please be sure to check that option to pay for it in advance. We live in the building as well, so sneaking one in isn't easy. We will see/hear the dog, so please be forthcoming to avoid awkward conversations. lol
