There is a short distance to the Opera/Oslo S by tram (about 18 min), but also districts such as Grunerløkka, Sagene, St.Hanshaugen and Majorstua are nearby. The apartment is partially renovated in 2023 with a completely renovated bathroom and painted walls. New TV, sofa and bed (180cm wide). Workplace in the bedroom. Private west-facing balcony.
