Get a restful sleep in a very comfortable queen size bed, into a cozy bedroom, with large wardrobe, desk and chair ideal for working. It is always available a foldable crib for babies. Guest access The apartment is located in a residence with a big swimming pool and kids pool available to guests free of charge. Within the residence there is a free parking for guests' cars and motorcycles. The security of the residence is guaranteed by day and night guards. A few minutes from the apartment there are food shops, laundries, gym, bakery, restaurants, pubs. Other things to note The cost of utilities (electricity, water and internet) is already included in the price you pay. There are no additional costs to pay for that, during or at the end of your stay. In the apartment we will leave for our guests many spare towels and bed sheets. Anyway if you need to wash clothes, bed linens or towels, a paid laundry is available at short distance from the resort. Maid service and laundry service are not included in the rental fee. If guests need those services, we can give indications for cleaning and laundry services.
