Open space at ground floor can be used for social gathering or celebration The space SUMMARY: Balmy BNB offers 9 luxury air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite washrooms, along with living rooms, kitchens, and balconies. The property consists of 4 units of one-bedroom flats, 2 units of studio apartments, and 2 units of two-bedroom flats. Each flat has its own balcony and kitchen. Kitchen facilities are fully equipped and include a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, and a wide range of cooking utensils and cutlery. BUILDING SIZE: The building is a ground plus 4 storied structure, covering an approximate area of 3 kattah (11000 sqft). In addition to your rooms, Balmy BNB offers vibrant communal spaces for your use during your stay. GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor features a spacious open lobby area of around 1500 sqft. Adjacent to the elevator, there is a reception area for your convenience. At the back side of the building, there is ample space on the ground floor for food preparation or catering purposes. This area also includes a common washroom, toilet, washbasin, and water tap. Guest access We provide full access to the entire building, including all the rooms, common areas, and facilities, except for the rooftop. The rooftop area is available for separate booking and is charged separately. Other things to note Please note that the property does not have power backup available. In case of a power outage, alternative arrangements may need to be made by the guest only. The elevator in the building can accommodate up to 3 persons at a time. Upon check-in, a security deposit of 20,000 will be required. This deposit will be refunded during check-out, subject to the property's inspection for any damages or stains. In the event of any damages or stains on the walls or linen, the actual cost of repairing or replacing them will be deducted from the security deposit. The amount deducted will be based on the actual costs incurred.
