The ideal, ultra-modern, corporate or family stay for businesses. clients, groups (great for wedding parties) and families needing very central accommodation at a high standard, with a study/work space, state of the art facilities, all entirely self-contained with lounge, big screen TV's, a breakfast bar, separate dining and fully decked-out kitchen. It is located on the ground floor with great views of the waterway and free private off-street parking, plus airport and public transport close-by. The space The general area is a mix of residential and business with commercial tenants nearby. The property is very quiet, private and peaceful at all times. After hours and weekends you have the entire complex to yourselves, so your can make some noise and let your hair down ! Our place has been decked out as a luxury family or corporate spacious studio unit with literally the best of everything, including smart 4K 75" and 55" TV's plus Bluetooth Sound System. The four King Single beds and Queen bed have the highest quality sprung mattresses. There is a private master (separated from the rest of the unit via privacy partitions and exclusively looking out onto the waterway) which is available when booking 6 or more guests. The high ceiling open plan space includes 4 King Single beds in bunk configuration also isolated via privacy screens (see photos). The sofa doubles as a very comfortable single bed and also has a trundle underneath for an additional guest. Partition screens separate all the studio areas providing privacy for individuals and groups. Quality linen is provided for the number of guests booked. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly need for short or very long stays including a huge Side by Side Fridge with filtered water. Our brand new appliances include a separate dryer and washing machine, dishwasher, blender, pod coffee machine, 4-toaster, kettle, benchtop oven and stove plates. The dining table comfortable seats upto 8 and we have even added a dedicated work/study space. A novel coffee table / round billiard table add to the fun and whimsy of our space. We also provide games and an electric piano, should that interest you and your group. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment when you book with us. If you book less than 6 occupants, we will provide linen for the 4 King single beds and sofa bed. If you book for 6 or more occupants, we will also provide linen neatly folded for the Queen master. All linen is freshly washed and folded for you to configure at your leisure. A pet is permitted for a fee, however the entire property (except the bathroom, toilet and kitchen) is carpeted, so any accidents must be cleaned up and there will be a fee for restoration if this is deemed to be required. Also, pets must NOT be left unattended as barking dog in the owner's absence to can lead to issues with the tenants (in business hours) and canine control services if required. We also would like to share that we love our beautiful planet so we have had an eco-friendly ‘Green’ hot water system fitted which limits individual continuous usage of super-hot water to 5-7 minutes with short intervals (to encourage efficient water usage and electricity consumption). Rest assured, you can enjoy beautiful hot showers, however the system won’t permit long showers without a small interval (5 or so minutes) to recharge between occupants. This is not a limitation to us, it is a feature, as we care about the environment and we hope our customers do too. Likewise, you will notice all materials, products and rubbish bags etc are sustainable and our linen is 100% cotton. Other things to note Regarding the local area, there is local public transport (bus service) literally across the road and the train station is only a few hundred metres away. The airport is just a short drive. You are in a great central location only a few minutes drive to the ferry, to the city, to the Northshore Eat Streets and fabulous restaurants and coffee shops in the local area and even McDonalds just a few minutes walk from the Airbnb and now Hungry Jacks across the road.
