I will be available personally to ensure your stay is perfect and share with you the best secrets in the area. The Villa is a spacious residential property located at one end of our property. At the other end is the Main House, from where we will be attentive to assist you during your stay. The Villa retains a pleasant sense of independence, privacy, and tranquility, something that our guests value highly. Our staff provides personalized and discreet attention, to make you always feel at home. It is also possible to accommodate within this suite an additional small room with a single bed, perfect for anyone who wants a more private or quiet space. 🛁 Bathrooms Both bathrooms feature full and white quality amenities, which we gladly replace during your stay upon request. 🛋️ Living room and lounging area The living room is a comfortable space to relax. 📚 You'll find magazines, books and publications to enjoy a good reading. 📶 You can also easily connect to high speed internet to work, review your networks, or communicate. 🎹 And for those who enjoy music, we have a piano that guests can use to practice or learn. 🍽️ Dining room The dining room is equipped so you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner as if you were at home. 🎲 You'll also find dominoes and backgammon, ideal for a quiet afternoon. 🍳 Fully equipped kitchen The kitchen is ready to cook from something simple to a full dinner. We also have an outdoor fan, which maintains a pleasant breeze while having breakfast, eating or enjoying a game of dominoes. 🔥 We have two Weber grills, with charcoal, lighter and ocote so you can use them easily. 🌳 Garden Entire garden is for your use. 🐾 If you travel with pets, this space usually becomes your favorite place. Here you can find: 🌳 Different species of trees 🌿 Ornamental and Medicinal Plants If you like plants, we can gladly give you some souvenirs of your stay. There are also spaces to rest: 🌳 2 chairs under the trees ☀️ 2 poolside beds Garden 🪑 chairs A true green oasis to relax. 🏊 Swimming pool The pool measures 5 x 7 meters and is 1.60 m deep and is normally kept between 28 and 29 °C. 🔥 If you wish and for a very reasonable gas recovery fee, we can turn the boiler on longer and heat the water up to 31 / 32°C. 🫧 Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi is great for kids thanks to its shallow depth, which allows them to feel safe. The water is filtered and recirculated along with that of the pool so you will always see it clean and at the same temperature. 🚗 Parking We have private parking for two cars, right in front of the house. Guest access Outside the Villa you have two parking spaces and if you like to walk or jog you have a 1 km long circuit within the safe and pleasant subdivision to do so. Other things to note As a result of the terrible pandemic we had a few years ago, we have adopted a cleaning and sanitization protocol that follows the recommendations of Airbnb and recognized institutions in the field. We use commercial cleaning and sanitizing products certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or the European Chemicals Agency, (e.g. Clorox, Quaternary Ammonium, Lysol, etc.). Upon arrival, you will notice with true conviction the results of this cleaning and sanitizing process that will make you feel safe and secure during your stay at our Villa. Additionally, we have a kit of cleaning and sanitizing products at your disposal for you to use as you wish.
