Only 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city, our sanctuary is a testament to dedication and shared endeavors. Please help us conserve resources by being mindful of water and electricity usage, and ensuring doors and windows are closed when using the AC. Keys will be provided at check-in; a charge applies if misplaced. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 6am to respect everyone’s rest. Feel free to contact our host, Shaq, from 7am to 10pm with any questions or concerns. Only registered guests are permitted on the property, and any additional visitors require prior consent. Kindly remove shoes indoors to maintain cleanliness. For waste disposal, please use the designated green bin located at the front of the main house. Our WiFi is limited to 350GB; additional charges apply if exceeded. Check-out time is 11am, with a $20 per hour fee for late check-outs after 12pm. Thank you for choosing Quille’s Antiguan Home! Guest has access to the full house, patio and the lush garden space. If you have any questions, requests or concerns you can send a message to Shaq the host through the AirBnB App. Please note that the contact hours are from 7am-10pm. However, feel free to contact after hours if there is an emergency. Requests can take 5-10mins or an hour max to be fulfilled. The neighborhood is quiet on most days. There are a few neighbors around, there is one with a dog. There’s a local Spanish Church two blocks down from the home, sometimes you will be able to hear worshipping taking place. On the weekends you will also hear music playing in the distance but it won’t be too obnoxious. We also have a few local shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is a pretty safe one and nearby necessities are in walking distance. Parking is free. At an additional charge of $75 USD per person per day, you can elevate your experience with extra services. These include arranging photoshoots, tours, or meals for breakfast, brunch, or dinner. Your host can make reservations and tailor a personalized schedule for you, including transportation to and from your destinations.
