Your vacation home is on a peaceful street in a quiet neighborhood within an 8 minute drive of Englewood Beach and within 15 minutes of several other popular beaches. This home is convenient to shops, restaurants and famous Dearborn street. Property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with a fully furnished kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a lanai, Swimming pool and it is pet friendly! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Maximum of 2 PETS ONLY! PETS MUST BE 30 LBS or LESS. The space Master Bedroom offers large King bed with bedding, sheets and pillows Guest room 1 offers queen bed with bedding, sheets and pillows Guest room 2 offers Queen size bed with bedding, sheets and pillows. NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. There will be an additional $250 cleaning fee if smoking is detected. Cleaners will have to rent a machine that can neutralize the smell of smoke. Guest access All rooms are accessible for guests. We have an owners closet in hall bath that is locked to for our personal items. Other things to note The 2nd guest room closet and chest has board games for your pleasure. The garage has beach items for guest use. Beach chairs, Beach toys, Beach wagon, Cooler, Umbrellas and towels all for your use. There are two bikes in the garage for your use. Ride at your own risk- No helmets are provided. The garage has pool floats and a couple of bikes for guest to use. Pool Heater is provided for guest at an additional charge of $35.00 per week. Default setting is 87 degrees and we ask that the temp setting not be changed. Cooler nights- we have you covered with our outdoor firepit. Tanks are available but guest are responsible for exchanging them when they are empty. Several local gas stations have exchange tanks for purchase.
