Newly built - with spa bath, sauna and close to large beach

Have fun with the whole family or why not a weekend by yourself at this elegant place with your own sauna. Close to the lake, beach and nature, as well as access to a temperature-controlled hot tub year-round, trampoline, swings and gym. There are pillows, blankets, outdoor furniture, etc., everything to achieve a hotel feel. Free parking, free Wi-Fi and a private sauna are included. One hour of sauna is included per booking. The space You have the whole building to yourself as well as a temperature-controlled hot tub and sun loungers in front of the house. Next to the house, guests have their own outdoor area with a parasol and an older outdoor kitchen on a secluded part of the property. It is a large room with a day bed (a sofa that becomes a real double bed 160 cm), coffee table, dining table with chairs and bookshelves with guidebooks. A kitchen area consisting of a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, air fryer, pots etc. There is also an espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and salad dressing. Newly-built bathroom, with toilet, sink, shower, sink and large sauna next door. There is also an extra bed/sleeping chair for three adults to sleep comfortably. There are both blackout curtains and blinds as well as a 55-inch smart TV. Guest access The entire guest house is available. There's also a patio right outside with a summer spa. If you want to sit even more secluded, there is also a newly laid lawn behind the house with furniture and outdoor kitchen. Other things to note Other items that have been requested: One hour of sauna is included in the booking, after which it is Skr150 per hour. If you want to do laundry, it's often possible if I'm home for SEK 75 per load, including detergent, fabric softener, and drying rack. Parking for motorcycles. A package of bed linens and towels can be booked for SEK 100 per person. It must be booked at the time of booking. Housekeeping can usually be booked in advance; the cost is SEK 699, or SEK 399 for just one night. No cleaning is charged at SEK 1200.
