THE HOUSE: Brand new fully-stocked kitchen with induction stove, stainless steel appliances, and French doors onto our deck. Cook at our new grill and dine al fresco and spend the evening around the fire pit taking in the mountain views from our backyard that flows into expansive protected NY City watershed land. If you aren't in the mood to cook (or grill), we're between Windham and Hunter/Tannersville, offering tons of dining options (check out our virtual guidebook for suggestions). AIR CONDITIONING: The downstairs is equipped with air conditioning. The bedrooms do not have A/C. Electric fans are provided in the bedrooms for your comfort. HIGH SPEED INTERNET: High speed broadband making work-from-home and streaming your favorite shows and movies a breeze. KITCHEN: Fully stocked modern kitchen with new stainless appliances and a large island that is the ideal place for a glass of wine before dinner. Appliances include: Induction stovetop Microwave Dishwasher Coffee Maker Electric Kettle Refrigerator with filtered water supply and ice maker Toaster oven NO PERSONAL PILLOWS, SHEETS OR OTHER BEDDING ALLOWED. To avoid cross contamination and potential spread of bed bugs we do not allow guests to bring pillows and sheets/blankets to our home. We keep our home very clean and follow sanitizing procedures when it comes to laundry and general cleaning between guests. We also replace bedding frequently to make sure it is always in good condition. Guest access We have a smart lock. A code will be provided ahead of your arrival. Other things to note In accordance with Airbnb's party ban, there are no parties allowed at the property. Absolutely no pets. A member of our family has severe allergies and thus not pets are allowed on the premises. There is AC in the main area downstairs (serves the living room, kitchen, and dining area). The bedrooms do not have AC. We supply a fan for each room and on most summer nights, outside temperatures drop to levels where we recommend opening the windows and enjoying the mountain air. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction stove. Guests must use the pots and pans provided in order to ensure proper operation of the stove. For safety and security, we have video cameras at our front and patio doors. There are no cameras inside the house.
