Located only 3 blocks from downtown in the Pueblo Mágico of Comala, the villa offers large spaces, private gardens, terraces and a heated pool. The area is usually very quiet; however, there may occasionally be celebrations in the neighborhood or the magical town, which are situations beyond our control. The accommodation is exclusively for lodging, with no visitors or gatherings. It is the ideal place for families and groups who want to relax and discover the magic of Comala. Villa layout 🛏️ Rooms The villa has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Master bedroom: king size bed, private bathroom, dressing room, Smart TV and exclusive terrace. Bedroom 2: two single beds and closet. Bedroom 3: Two full-size beds and a closet. Living room: sofa bed with two twin mattresses and Smart TV with Roku. Important: To optimize energy consumption and prepare the villa according to each reservation, the rooms are set up according to the number of registered guests. If the booking is for fewer than the maximum capacity, some rooms may remain locked. Therefore, we appreciate maintaining an atmosphere of respect, tranquility and good coexistence. To ensure everyone's privacy and comfort: The private areas of the other villas must be respected at all times. It is not allowed to reserve furniture or common areas for exclusive use. Other things to note 🌿 Rules and Atmosphere At Villa Primavera, we strive to offer an atmosphere of relaxation, tranquility and family togetherness. We appreciate your support in respecting the following rules, which are part of the terms of your reservation. 🏡 Exclusive use for accommodation The villas are rented exclusively for lodging and relaxation purposes. They are not intended for parties, events, or social gatherings. 👥 Guests and visitors Only people registered in the reservation may enter. If you wish to receive visitors, you must request authorization in advance. Anyone entering the property will be considered a guest, regardless of whether they stay overnight or not, and must register before entering. If applicable, the corresponding charge will be applied in accordance with our policies. 🔢 Maximum capacity The number of guests registered in the reservation must match the actual number of people occupying the property. This information may be verified during the stay. The maximum capacity of the villa is 10 people, including registered guests and authorized visitors. For safety and convenience reasons, exceeding this limit will not be allowed. 🔇 Quiet atmosphere To ensure the rest of all guests and neighbors, bringing in or using high-volume sound equipment, amplified speakers, karaoke, or musical groups is not allowed. Likewise, parties, gatherings, or activities that generate excessive noise are not allowed, especially during quiet hours. If your intention is to have a celebration, we can gladly recommend nearby places suitable for that type of event. 🚗 Additional services Car rental service is available to make your stay more comfortable.
