Needing to fit your whole family, your sports team, or your work group in one home? This home is perfect! The home provides a in-ground trampoline, fire pits, play set, a jacuzzi, and a swimming pool in the summer time. The home is big and comfortable for all your family’s needs, it is truly a home away from home. The space If you are planning a longer stay, 3 days or more, please let me know, and I am willing to adjust the price. Thank you. Guest access The home is spacious with a private yard and pool to host all your families needs especially great for the holidays. Pool is closed from 11/1 to April 1 for winter. Other things to note Maintenance does come and check the pool and Jacuzzi to make sure everything is running good for the guest who have a longer stay. There are cameras that record 24 hours of the day there’s one at the front door one facing the driveway and road another on the side of the home, another facing the back yard one facing the back door and part of the deck they are all visible with motion detectors. If you’re planning on using the barbecue area or the fire pits, we do not provide propane, we supply the tanks. There are three tanks with gauges on them you can fill them up to your leisure at Ace Hardware, which is just around the corner. The pool will be closed November 1 at the Jacuzzi remains open all year. There are only 4 cars allowed on the property if you know Your having more, it needs to be approved or it is considered a party and your reservation would be canceled. There is no loud music allowed.
