The space Full en-suite: bedroom with queen-size bed (Emma mattress), small closet, blackout curtains, anti-noise window, TV and air-conditioning, bathroom with individual hot tub (hydro and heating), shower and hairdryer. 1 living room (sofa bed), with armchair, Smart TV (50") and air-conditioning. 1 reading room with hammock and bench. Half-bath Kitchen equipped with all utensils, pots, etc. French Door refrigerator, with freezer, cooktop, oven, microwave, water filter and Nespresso coffee machine. Laundry with washing machine, clothesline, tank and vacuum cleaner. 55 sq. meters (592 sq ft). Entrance door with electronic lock and PIN Code. A parking space is available in the building's garage. Bed linen, duvet, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are provided in all stays. For stays longer than 7 days, we change bed linens and towels weekly, at no additional cost. A third-party cleaning and laundry service can be recommended. The area is very close to many bars and bustling nightlife, and can be noisy especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The room has an anti-noise window, which considerably reduces noise, but does not isolate it 100%. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. It is mandatory to send a photo ID for access to the building. The name and ID of visitors must be communicated in advance to the host. Guests are asked to take good care of the space, respecting employees, other residents and the common areas of the condominium.
