Our apartment will be ideal for a tourist stay or a business trip. Its geographical location, close to the Center of Tours, will be perfect for discovering Touraine and its riches! From the moment you arrive, you can appreciate its functionality and you just have to enjoy your stay. The space Located on the first floor of a typical Tourangeau building, our apartment has been designed for your comfort. The living/dining room will be perfect for relaxing after your beautiful sightseeing! It includes a modern and convertible "L-shaped" sofa, a small pull-out table, a contemporary lamp and a small flat screen. The dining area, composed of a 19th century table and straw chairs, will allow you to share delicious meals with your friends. The kitchen is separate and functional. It includes a small countertop, hot plates, hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine, teapot, toaster, kettle and washing machine. You will also find a kitchen kit, for the 1st night only: 1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a dish towel for the kitchen... will be at your disposal A bedroom, with the charm of yesteryear with the small antique dressing table, includes a double bed with a headboard and its light garlands as well as two small bedside tables with lights. Bedding and linens (sheets, one bath towel per person, one bath mat) are provided. A small bathroom is at your disposal. It has a shower, vanity unit and mirror with lights. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only: 1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo as well as a roll of toilet paper. The apartment offers the following amenities: - High chair. - Travel crib. - Clothesline. Guest access The whole property is at your disposal. Other things to note No smoking inside the house. We love animals very much but they are unfortunately prohibited in the accommodation for hygiene reasons. Parties and other events are not permitted. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. For security reasons, access to the accommodation is under video surveillance - Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and midnight. - Checkout time until 10 a.m. (until noon on Sunday).
