In addition to the tranquility of Camboinha, and the good location - close to Intermares and downtown Cabedelo. Everything you'll need for a peaceful trip! 🍃☀️🏖️ The space The apartment offers: - Kitchen with 2 refrigerators, stove, exhaust fan, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots, and several other items; - Service area with washing machine, tank, clothesline, boards for use on the beach, cooler, chairs (4), umbrella and 'cart-table'; - Dining room with table for 8 people, electric gallon water filter (cold water) and a sofa bed; - Living room with 2 sofas that can accommodate 6 people comfortably, games in the drawers, and a chest with hammocks and buoys; - Central bathroom just behind the sofa, in the hallway toward the bedrooms - hot water; - Balcony with coffee table and 4 chairs; - Bedroom near the balcony with a trundle bed (bed that, if necessary, pulls out the lower part), air-conditioning and a utility room with drawers (the bathroom has been converted into a pantry🙃); - Bedroom with two beds (one double and one single), closet and shelves, air-conditioning and utility room with drawers; - En-suite bedroom with double bed and closet, air-conditioning and side table, plus two mattresses - which are under the bed; - The en-suite bathroom has hot water as well; - One parking space available; - Shower and hose available in the garage for cleaning and sand removal; - Party room with barbecue area for celebrations or barbecues (check availability with the condominium during your stay). - There are two entrances to the apartment: one has an electronic lock, and the other requires a key. Anyway, check-in is super easy :) Guest access Access to the garage, lobby and apartment. You should use the outdoor shower after the beach, located in the garage. Other things to note Everything available inside the apartment was designed for a better guest experience! So that they will have more comfort, autonomy, and that there is time for the leisure of each one. So, use them with care and affection so that everyone can enjoy the same items that have been made available! Anything damaged, broken or 'missing' will be charged to the guest.
