Escape to a one-of-a-kind whimsical-wonderland private studio, w/in vibrant Riverside! This studio is a dreamy escape, with a plush queen bed and a ceiling covered in twinkling fairy lights. The space will transport you to a fairy tale world. The real magic lies in its location. You're just steps away from charming cafes, quirky boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. Take a stroll through lush parks along the river and catch a show at Daily’s or the historic Florida Theatre. Bikes also provided. The space This suite is located on the 3rd floor in a historical building in beautiful Riverside. (*Please note…due to 3rd floor location ceiling height is restrictive. Max height at center of suite is 6’ 1”). When you walk through the doors you're transported to a magical wonderland. There is a plush queen bed with hundreds of dimmable twinkle lights above. The living area is cozy and functional with a wifi enabled flat-screen tv, for your entertainment needs. You overlook the neighborhood from your "indoor patio" and dine in style in the Japanese-inspired, eat-in kitchen area. Please note the dresser in the photos was exchanged for a bench for placement of your luggage; guests overwhelmingly agreed they live out of their luggage during their stay. :) Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch and backyard of the historic home. Please note, no smoking on west side of porch where guests may be staying in the suite behind. Other things to note There is a maximum of 2 guests per night, per suite. Good standing review from previous host is required prior to booking this suite. This unit is located in a 21+ property and is not suitable for children. We are pleased to offer complimentary bike rentals on a first come, first served basis. The bikes are located on the property and can be accessed by lock-code, given upon request. Once bikes leave the property, guests take full responsibility. We are not liable for injuries or damage.
