This cozy space features a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, ideal for a maximum occupancy of 2 people. The condominium, nestled in a tranquil setting, boasts a refreshing communal pool. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from everything the Romantic Zone has to offer: lively bars, delightful restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and local markets. Moreover, we are only 6 blocks from the renowned Los Muertos Beach, providing quick access to sun and sand. It's essential to note that there is a flight of stairs to access the condominium (78 in total). If you're comfortable with this, we assure you the experience will be worthwhile. However, if stairs pose an issue, we recommend exploring alternative options. We are excited to welcome you and provide a cozy space for you to fully enjoy your stay in Puerto Vallarta! Some areas may have time restrictions, restrictions on the use of glass, or are not pet-friendly, but the majority of the spaces are intended for the guests Other things to note Our space is located within a condominium, and while we don't set the rules, we support and encourage our guests to adhere to them for a better experience during their stay. Otherwise, fines may apply. It's important to note that our apartment does not have a view, nor is it beachfront. Additionally, we do not have a 24-hour receptionist or luggage storage service, as there is no central office. To check-in, it's necessary to coordinate with me, Olivia, at least 72 hours in advance to agree on the arrival time and make arrangements for your reception. Please be aware that all access is via stairs, many stairs. We mention this because we are not wheelchair-friendly, and unfortunately, we can't do much if crossfit isn't your passion.
