Located in the heart of the historic center of Riom, on the ground floor of a listed building of character. It is perfect for hot weather ( you will be cool). It sleeps 2: -160x200 - Convertible as an extra bed for a child. Ideal for couples with a child. A capsule coffee machine and a kettle as well as all the cooking basics. Large TV and Wi-Fi The space This refurbished apartment has everything you need in a quiet environment. It overlooks an inner courtyard. A large curtain at the entrance allows you to isolate yourself. Everything is provided: towels, sheets, tea towels, kitchen accessories and bathroom essentials. You are on the ground floor but you are in a quiet area in the heart of the city of Riom with quick access to all shops (bakery, butcher, restaurants, supermarket...). You can park at the foot of the building. Parking is free for one hour during the day, between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., from 6:30 p.m. and on weekends. It is paid from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. There are free parking lots not far from the accommodation. You are a 10-minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the bus stops. It's a perfect base for visiting our beautiful Auvergne region. And you are 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand by car. Guest access Follow Rue Saint-Amable. Near the Saint-Amable church, there is a stone arch that hints at a courtyard. You have to go under this arch to reach the entrance to the building. Other things to note Please note there is a market in Riom on Saturday mornings at the foot of the building. So you shouldn't park in downtown Riom from Friday evening to Saturday at 2pm.
