Do you want to swim in the sea, go hiking in the forest, or fish in the lake? Here you live in a quiet area close to nature, 700 meters from the center. Here, you will find grocery stores, quaint little shops, and a beach promenade leading to cozy restaurants right by the sea. Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Smögen, Lysekil, etc., about 1 hour away. The Lyckorna golf club is 4 km away. A large shopping center is 15 minutes away by car. If you want to enjoy the tranquility of the forest and nature, you have nice hiking trails near several lakes starting about 1 km from the accommodation. The space The house consists of an entrance floor with a large hall, well-equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and sofa group, exit to the sunroom and garden, one bedroom and bathroom with toilet and shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a smaller toilet. One staircase down, (separated by a door from the hall) there is a large bedroom and bathroom with washing machine, dryer, toilet, shower, bathtub and sauna. The ground floor also has its own entrance. The house is well suited for those of you who want to vacation together with someone other than the closest family as there are good opportunities for privacy with bedrooms and bathrooms as well as good areas to socialize both inside and out. Towels (1 small and 1 large bath towel) and bed linen are included. Beds are made upon arrival. In the kitchen, you will find spices, cooking oil, coffee and tea, as well as various dry goods that are free for guests to use. There are also cleaning products for the kitchen, so you don't have to bring this. Guest access Access to the whole house except for storage spaces and garage. Other things to note Important for any allergy sufferers to know that the family's cat stays in the basement (not the rest of the house) during the winter. The cat is not in the house during the rental period.
