The basement stays cool year round so no fans down there. Other things to note Staircase: Please note that our charming property features a unique spiral staircase. While it adds a unique architectural touch, it's important to know that the staircase is tight and may pose a challenge for older individuals or young children. Exercise caution and ensure supervision if you have mobility concerns or are traveling with little ones. Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you! Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed. Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that decks will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
