Casa Flaminia is a splendid panoramic terraced house with 6 beds and 2 bathrooms, very close to the beautiful beaches of Villasimius. Completely renovated, it is equipped with every comfort such as A/C, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and free parking a few steps from the house. An island of peace immersed in nature in a perfect position to visit the best beaches of South-East Sardinia. All services are a 3-minute drive away. The space The house consists internally of 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine open to the living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, a living room with sea view, and an open-plan kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, plus all useful accessories. Outside, the veranda with a splendid sea view hosts the dining table with 6 seats, a small courtyard with 2 sun loungers for open-air relaxation, a service area with a hot outdoor shower, barbecue, and washing machine. Free unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, TV, and other comforts make the house a perfect place to rest and enjoy the natural beauty and flavors of Sardinia. The house is not large (about 80sqm indoors), but every space is carefully studied and furnished with custom-made furniture, and embellished by Flaminia's collection of paintings. It is very comfortable for groups of adults but is also perfect for children, as it is equipped with a cot, safety gates for the stairs, a high chair, colored plates and cutlery, beach toys, and other details designed for little guests. Guests have access to all areas of the house, with the exception of a closet/storage room in the courtyard for private use. Guests can park one or more vehicles free of charge in the condominium parking lot a few steps from the house. The area: Casa Flaminia is located in the Porto Luna 1 area, a few minutes from the village of Villasimius, one of the few tourist locations that can also be visited in the low season thanks to the presence of the inhabited village and services open all year round. With short journeys, you can reach all the beautiful beaches of Villasimius. In these, you can choose to use the free beach or take advantage of umbrella and sunbed rental services and have lunch or an aperitif at the kiosks. During the summer, the town is one of the most sought-after tourist destinations on the island, thanks to its beautiful beaches, Sardinian food and wine, and evening nightlife. Our house remains outside the town center and its noise, making it the ideal place for those seeking peace. We are surrounded by nature and our veranda offers a splendid view of the sea. The beach near the house, due to the natural effect of the tides, hosts Mediterranean Posidonia. For the same reason, the Porto Luna area is very quiet and not affected by large tourist flows, which is why we love it so much. From the house, it is possible to walk the nature trail that leads up to the magnificent beach of Punta Molentis. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and the outdoor area for exclusive use and all the common areas of the village ie the large free parking and the local beach, all just a few steps away from Casa Flaminia. The accommodation is regularly identified by the Sardinia Region Administration as a non-entrepreneurial holiday home with IUN code P5783. Other things to note The position of Casa Flaminia is perfect for enjoying the holiday according to your needs. It is in fact just a few minutes from Villasimius, which becomes both in winter and especially in summer, one of Sardinia's liveliest centers for cultural initiatives, events and the gastronomic offer. But it remains outside the inhabited center and its noises so it is the ideal place for those seeking peace and relaxation, being surrounded by greenery and offering a stupendous view of the sea. Perfect for jogging and biking, it also offers the possibility of reaching splendid deserted beaches along the nature trail that starts from the local beach in a few minutes on foot. Alternatively, with just a few minutes by car, you can visit the most beautiful beaches in southern Sardinia, many of which with umbrellas and sunbeds and equipped with water sports equipment and other kinds of entertainment (see the Guidebook for more information ). Considering the present health emergency, the following safety measures have been adopted in the year 2021 at Casa Flaminia to protect guests: 1. The cleaning procedures have been changed to ensure an extra disinfection intervention of all the surfaces and equipment of the house before check-in in compliance with the indications provided by the WHO for the accommodation facilities, at no additional cost. 2. Upon arrival, sanitized and sealed towels will be available. The guests will also have the possibility to have the sheets sealed as an alternative to the made bed. 3. We can offer the self check-in option so as to avoid any form of contact. Upon arrival, the keys will be available in a numerical combination security box. Password will be communicated by phone together with all the information needed for the stay. 4.
