The house has: - Open living, dining kitchen area with a 65" smart TV in the living room - Fully stocked kitchen - Master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bathroom and a 50" smart TV - Office - Bedroom 2 has a king bed and 32" smart TV - Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a 32" smart TV - Backyard with BBQ, seating, dining and pool - Laundry closet with ironing board and iron in office - Small office space - 2 Full bathrooms (both with shower) - Piano Absolutely no parties or drugs on the property. Absolutely no smoking inside the property. This house is equipped with Minut decibel detectors and no parties will be tolerated. This is a residential neighborhood, please be respectful of the neighbors. Guest access The entire home is at your disposal. You have access to the house and the yard.
