✨ It’s a wonderful time to explore and hike the beautiful Verde Valley! Our cottage is centrally located, just 20 minutes from nearly everything the Verde Valley has to offer—including Jerome and Sedona—and only a 5-minute drive to Old Town Cottonwood. Built in 1914, our home blends original character with thoughtful modern updates, creating a warm, cozy retreat where historic charm meets today’s comforts. We hope you’ll slow down, relax, and feel home. TPT#21517428 The space We have a nice area for guests to gather as they prepare wonderful meals and snacks. We sleep 6 people comfortably with room for an infant as well. We offer 2 bedrooms, both with King beds. We have a comfortable pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms have a private outdoor seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or favorite beverage in the evening. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms for privacy. The second bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. Located on 1/2 acre, fully fenced and plenty of parking. There is an electric gate to enter the property. There is a small fenced doggy area that can be accessed through the dining room doggy door or the outside gate. Security cameras at front and back outside entrance only. Guest access You will have full access of the home. Other things to note Hot tub located off the master bedroom. The outdoor areas are private.
