The Hayloft - a charming retreat

A charming retreat, with stunning views of the countryside, The Hayloft is a beautiful self-contained annex. Surrounded by farmland on a quiet country lane, its the perfect spot to unwind and explore all that Suffolk has to offer. Recently refurbished, this unique space boasts a handcrafted cosy cabin bed, fully-fitted kitchen and thoughtful decor to make your stay special. The space The property is a first floor annex, accessed by separate entrance and staircase, to the owners’ 15th century barn conversion. The space is open-plan, giving a light and spacious feel, whilst maintaining the original character of this beautiful building. As a self-catering studio, you’ll find everything you need for the perfect stay. The kitchen is complete with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine and beautiful Emma Bridgewater crockery. You can sit at the table and look out over the pond (with goats and ponies grazing), farm and fields beyond. Outside the property, you’ll discover your own private space under a hawthorn tree at the edge of the owner's beautiful pond, complete with chairs and solar lights to enjoy your morning coffee or a sundowner with a gin and tonic. All you need for breakfast will be waiting for you on arrival, including our chickens’ eggs (when they’re laying!), fresh bread, butter, milk, jam, tea/coffee.
