Quiet home. Brand new room! Updating photo ,but new everything. Bed,bedding,floor,all furniture,new paint. All finished July 27,2023. Please no children . I do bend the rule sometimes depending on other quests here and age. Please ASK BEFORE BOOKING if a child is coming The space Guest bedroom is upstairs as is the shared bathroom. All of Airbnb is upstairs Guest access Upstairs only unless I am not busy and invite a guest down During your stay I like to be home to introduce myself and show a guest anything they need to know. I am available at all times via text message or call. I like to give my guests privacy and do not interact much unless I feel the guest would like that. Some guests have limited time and I respect that :) Other things to note 2 most important rules that I do not bend .This is a non smoking home . Utmost important…ONLY. The booking guest is to enter my home. No guest can invite anyone else into the home. I will Make no exceptions so please don’t ask me. This is for the safety of any other guests and for myself.
