This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 11th floor with a full view of Table Mountain and Robben Island in the lounge/dining area The first bedroom has the Durbanville Hills Mountain view with a separate bathroom withshower. Master bedroom has a sea view with the ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath. Other things to note LOADSHEDDING: The lift of the building does not work during Loadshedding hours and will have to use the stairs. (11th floor) THE BUILDING: is a very quiet building, and most of our neighbors are elderly and retired, and they are very sensitive with loud noise. Please be mindful when you are in the common area and keep voice levels down at all times. This is a self-catering apartment, and we don't provide shower gel, shampoo, slippers, shower caps, etc... Please make sure to bring your toiletries. TV: There is a smart HD TV , guests can stream the apps with their own account (Netflix, Showmax, Disney Plus and Dstv ). Cleaning Service during the stay can be arranged with an additional cost. Guests who stay more than 14 days we will offer complimentary clean service once a week. (change beddings, towels, clean bathroom, kitchen, and floor)
