Student rental room all inclusive

I live with my daughter in a 4+1 house near Kahramanmaraş Binevler. Our house was reported undamaged after the earthquake. We don't use 2 rooms of the house and we want to rent them. It could be a female student or a newly appointed teacher. Heating, accommodation, all bills, breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything you can think of will be included in the monthly rent. Since there are no men living in the house, it can be very comfortable. Our house is fully furnished. The rooms to be stayed in have beds, wardrobes, desks and everything.
