The apartment contains a large spacious bathroom with a window, for comfort, A shower, bath towels, and storage. Additionally there is a separate walk in internal laundry with washer and dryer, iron + ironing board and more storage room, and cleaning equipment. Off street parking is available for 1 car Guest access Guests have access to all the space of the apartment and private stairs that lead to the apartment. Other things to note On occasions the water and electricity goes off with/without prior notice for short periods we handle that by having back up supplies in gallon containers in the apartment, candles and torch. You are asked ensure the windows facing the ocean are closed when leaving the apartment and the AC and ceiling fans are switched off also. You should use the clothes Airer located in the garden for clothes drying in the first instance as clothes will normally dry within 1 hour, however if the weather is inclement ie. raining you should use the internal dryer
