SECURITY There are no cameras inside the home for your complete privacy. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home to ensure security for all of our guests and tenants. NOISE WARNINGS As this property is centrally-located with great nightlife, it sits across the street from a neighborhood outdoor bar so street noise is unfortunately unavoidable, especially on weekends. Please be aware of the possibility of noise coming from this late closing establishment (2AM) prior to booking. Since we are in the process of adding more amenities and improving the exterior to offer you and future guests the best experience possible, construction may create some noise during the daytime. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE POSSIBLE NOISES PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guest access You will have full access to the residence with complete privacy. Other things to note By booking and completing the reservation, you accept the following house rules, and if any of the house rules are broken, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without refund: → NO PARTIES OR EVENTS → QUIET hours (from 9PM to 8AM) policy is STRICTLY enforced. We do monitor the outdoor cameras during quiet hours. We use decibel sensors on the exterior of the property that are not capable of recording audio, but instead notify us if the noise is sustained above 50 decibels. Normal conversation will not trigger alerts. Please be mindful when in the parking lot as well: No loitering, playing of loud music, or disturbing the neighbors in any way. Please respect the surrounding neighbors, families, and our other guests/tenants on the property. This is a ZERO TOLERANCE noise policy. → NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside the home. If there is any odor of smoke inside the home, you will be charged a $300 smoke odor removal/cleaning fee. → NO TRESPASSING on neighboring properties. Please stay within our property boundaries and the public side walks to respect our surrounding neighbors and families. → MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Only the number of guests listed in reservation are permitted to be on the property. You will asked to end your stay and leave the property if number of guests staying exceeds the number of guests reserved. To prevent this, please simply update the number of guests in your reservation prior to arrival or notify us immediately if you anticipate more guests.
