Beautiful guest house near the sea

This house is perfect for a get-away or when you are passing buy on adventures in Kullabygden area. Our guest house has everything for a comfortable stay. The house is only 100 meters from the harbour, the sea and bathing area in picturesque Gamla Lerberget. Our guest house is spread over two floors. Equipped kitchen, dining area with foldable table, large and comfortable sofa bed, TV and shower/WC. Upstairs on bedroom loft, there are two single beds and storage space. Welcome to our gem! The space Our little guesthouse has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is only 75 meters from the harbour, the sea and the bathing area, The house is furnished in a classic Swedish style and has been completely renovated. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa, TV and shower/WC. - The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, induction cooker with two plates, convection oven and fan. - The sofa is a sofa bed that can be made into two beds. - The dining area is a folding table that can be folded up, then there is room for 3 people. - Shower and WC are on the ground floor. A small and compact bathroom. - The ground floor has floor heating. The upper floor has a radiator. From the kitchen you have a view of the garden. Outside the window there is seating for guests in the guest house. You reach the upper bedroom loft via a full-size staircase. - Upstairs there are two beds, two 90 x 200 cm beds. - Upstairs there is space for storing clothes and suitcases. - Upstairs there is also a washing machine. From the upper floor you can look out over the sea, Öresund. In summary, there are 3 beds in the guest house, two upstairs and the outfolding sofa bed. We have listed the house as a house for 2, as we think it is best suited for two adults due to the size of the small guesthouse. Ofcourse you can live, for example, with 2 adults and 1 child/teenagers. Then notify us when booking. Small pets are also welcomed as we love animals. Unfortunately large dogs are not welcome, they will not have space enough in our small house to have a nice stay. Please notify us when booking. The guest house is located in our garden, with access from the garden The guests have their own patio in our garden. Guests do not have access to the larger garden and our patio. Other things to note We as owner of the house will pass outside the guesthouse window from time to times, not frequently, but it will happen. We will also be in our garden, and the guesthouse is in the garden.
