Key collection takes place in the office on the day of arrival at ul. Kasprowicza 20 room no. 3 ("Delikatesy Centrum" building, entrance on the left side of the building). The day starts at 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and lasts until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please contact me the day before your arrival to arrange the time of arrival, handing over the keys at the office at ul. Kasprowicza 20 room no. 3 (if you would like to check in earlier than 4:00 p.m.). The return of the keys after departure (and the collection of the keys) is in the same place, ul. Kasprowicza 20. Please put the keys in the yellow box signed ApartSerwis, which is hung on the wall of the building in front of the entrance to the office. Arrival after check-in time, between 8:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. a fee of 80 PLN is charged (it is possible to leave the keys in a locked box with a code).
