Behind the housing association, there is a playground and a larger playground at Sammakkolampi. The housing association was completed in 2018 and the apartment has fresh indoor air and good ventilation. The apartment is quiet and has good sound insulation. I use unscented Sensitive laundry detergents to wash sheets and towels. Hand washing, dishwashing detergent and washing liquid also fragrance-free sensitive versions. The apartment has light blankets, but you can find a thicker blanket in the closet if you want. The cabinet also includes a thinner pillow, extra sheets and towels. TCL TV is modern and has streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube, you can log in to streaming services with your own personal IDs. You can check in to the apartment on your own schedule with the Pindora smart lock. The apartment has a free private parking space in the yard. The parking space can also accommodate a larger van, e.g. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. If you need a parking space for another car or an even larger car, the housing association also has a partially paid guest parking space. The housing association's parking space is available free of charge between 11 pm and 6 am, using a permit and the Easypark app, the first 3 hours are free of charge and then 0.5 euros/hour. Check-in for Sunday reservations is primarily after 6 pm.
