The space Beautiful renovated apartment, located a ten-minute walk from the historic center of the city, a 10-15 minute drive from the beach, shopping area and restaurant area: a very comfortable and quiet accommodation with all the facilities. The apartment is located on the first floor. It consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and interior terrace. The living room is very spacious and bright: a pleasant area to rest and unwind. It has a flat-screen TV and WiFi. The newly renovated kitchen has a ceramic hob and electric oven; microwave, combi fridge, extractor hood and washing machine. It also has the necessary kitchenware to enjoy a vacation stay. It also has a dining table and chairs. It has two bedrooms with a 160x200 cm double bed and outdoor ventilation. In addition, the rooms are equipped with closets and bedding. The bathroom has a shower with screen. It is a spacious and very comfortable bathroom ideal for this type of stay. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of disconnection and relaxation: linens and towels, kitchenware, appliances, WiFi and heating enabled from November to April. Guest access This apartment is rented in full and will be fully available to our guests. It has a garage space in the accommodation building itself. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! **HEATING** This accommodation has heating by electric radiators enabled from November to April. The maximum operating time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours per day, depending on the weather. Guests can choose the hours of operation based on their habits in the home. It's important to understand that heating a place like ours is not the same as heating a smaller hotel-like room (15 m²).
 Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months range between 6º and 15º C, we will have heating available, always maintaining a comfortable temperature that ranges between 18º and 20º C. **TRAVEL CRIB** A travel crib is provided upon request and subject to availability; for hygiene reasons, no bedding is provided for the crib. **TOASTERS** To help avoid cross-contamination, we remove toasters from our homes. A toaster is an item that cannot go through a disinfection process with hot water or other cleaning that ensures the elimination of traces of gluten and other allergens. Unlike a hotel, a house/apartment has a kitchen and utensils such as pans or even an oven, so the function of a toaster is easily replaceable.
